Cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 28 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit will not be refunded to the guest.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show, the property owner has the right to retain the full amount paid.

Description
Accommodation
The property has 4 rooms – Absolut No1, No3, No4, and Absolut No2 Extra View. All rooms are the same in terms of equipment and capacity (No4 has a slightly larger capacity – 4 persons, as it has a sofa bed). They feature a double bed, sofa, refrigerator, kettle, terrace (No2 has a large terrace with a sea view), and a standard-equipped bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. A safety deposit box is provided, and a baby cot is available upon request.
All rooms are air-conditioned and covered with free wireless internet. Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 8:00 to 10:30. Bed linen and towels are provided – towels are changed every 2 days, and bed linen every 5 days. Cleaning is done daily (except Sundays). Pets are not allowed. All rooms include a TV, hairdryer, and coffee machine.
Reception working hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (phone contact is available 24 hours a day). Parking is charged at 10 EUR per day (from 01.07 to 31.08 it is 15 EUR per day). Guests have access to a shared swimming pool.
