Nikitas House is located 500 meters from the beach, in Metamorfosi, Sithonia.
Offers accommodation for up to 5 guests, with an outdoor barbeque and a fenced garden.
Accommodation
Nikitas House consists of two four-bed apartments, one five-bed apartment, one three-bed apartment, and one three-bed studio. All apartments have two balconies equipped with seating. The studio has only one balcony.
Apartment No. 1 is a four-bed apartment for up to four people and it is on the high ground floor. It has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there are a double bed and bunk beds.
Apartment No. 2 is a five-bed apartment for up to three adults and two children and it is on the first floor. It has a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room and kitchen area there are two single beds and a sofa for one person.
Apartment No. 3 is a four-bed apartment for up to four people and it is on the first floor. It has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and another one within the kitchen area.
Apartment No. 4 is a three-bed apartment for up to three people and it is on the first floor. It has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed.
Studio No. 5 is a three-bed studio for up to three people and it is on the second floor. It has a double bed, a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Cleaning and linen and towel changes are done every 5 days.
