Description

Nerida House Salonikiou Beach is located in the town of Salonikiou Beach on the Sithonia peninsula. It is approximately 100 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport, and only 180 meters from the beach that gives the town its name. In addition to being very close to the beach, this accommodation boasts a comfortable and luxurious interior.

Accommodation

The house is spread across 4 floors (ground floor + three floors) and includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, two toilets (without showers), one bathroom (with shower), a kitchen, and three terraces (on the ground, first, and second floors). The total capacity of the property is 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children).

On the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, and a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture suitable for dining. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, stove, and other necessary kitchenware. There is also a standard bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

The first floor features another living room with two sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning unit, a toilet, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

On the second floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and air-conditioning unit, another bedroom with a single bed, a toilet, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The third floor has a bedroom with a double bed and an air-conditioning unit.

A barbecue in the yard is available upon request. One parking space is provided. Bed linen and towels are included. The entire property is covered with free wireless internet. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
