Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Nema Villas development is located at the picturesque island of Meganisi. Placed in the midst of a paradise of scenic environment and small charming beaches - wait to be discovered, it will compromise only with the best of you expectations.

Accommodation

The development is divided into 2 complex of villas of the same particular architecture and construction.

Nema Villa 1 is distanced only 50 m from the beach and consists of four 80 sq.m villas, each with a private pool.

Nema Villa 2 is distanced only 150 m from the beach and consists of two 80 sq.m villas and one villa of 60 sq.m, each with a private pool.

The internal design consists of an upper space divided harmonically into two bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a single lower space for living room-dining room and kitchen. The concept intents to provide a unique cozy experience bringing forward luxury, warmth and convenience for your special moments.

In-between a sustainable designed and shaped ambient space, the villas are equipped with all you need for your comfort, such as Wi-Fi access, air condition, fully equiped kitchen, modern furniture and decoration and a safe for your personal items.
