• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Neaktion Apartments is located about 300 meters from the beach, in Nikiti, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

City center is near as well as promenade, supermarkets and taverns.

Accommodation

Neaktion Apartments consists of 2 rooms and 2 apartments.

Rooms are 25m2 and do not include kitchen. Both are double and are loctaed on the ground floor.

Apartments are located on the 1st floor:

Standard apartment is 38m2 and Deluxe apartemnt is 40m2. Both units have separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and large veranda.
