Description

Nea Skioni House is located in Nea Skioni, on the Kassandra peninsula, 60 meters from the beach. The maisonette can accommodate six people and offers two terraces, a barbecue, and a partial sea view.

Accommodation

The maisonette spreads over two levels.

The lower level is located on the high ground floor. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa bed, and a kitchen that includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and kitchen appliances.

The first floor features a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Guests have at their disposal two terraces with a seating area and a partial sea view.

The maisonette is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the premises during their stay. Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days.

Private parking is unavailable, but cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.
