Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case that the customer departs before the period agreed upon during the reservation process, then the customer is charged 100% of the amount resulting from the remaining days of the reservation.

Description

Nature View Studios is a modern complex decorated in boho style and located in the new part of Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 450 meters from the beach. It offers studios for 2-3 people and a spacious garden with a swimming pool and private parking.

Accommodation

The facility has seven identically equipped and organized studios. Each is designed for a maximum of three people and contains a double bed and an armchair that can be folded out into a standard single bed.

Each unit has a kitchen that includes a refrigerator and a built-in two-burner hob, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. Guests have at their disposal a terrace with a table, chairs, and a beautiful view of the pool, garden, and surroundings.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, safe for storing valuables, and hair dryer.

Units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

Guests can relax in the spacious garden with a swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas. There is also free private parking within the yard. Pets are not allowed.
