Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Naias House is a family business which ensures the best service to its clients. Our accommodation unit is located just 100m from Neos Marmaras center, where the visitor can find the local market with many shops and services as well as cafes, bars and also traditional restaurants & taverns.

The perfect cleaning and our constant presence in the unit are the basic conditions for us.

Accommodation

Every room provides you with a kitchenette with two hotplates for the preparation of small meals, refrigerator, air condition + air fans in some of the rooms, television and Free Wi-Fi Internet covering the whole unit. All of the rooms have very big balconies. Some of them have view to the town and the mountain and others have view to the sea.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, while a living room features a sofa bed.

Also in the garden there is a barbecue which you can use for free.
