• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be 14 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy - High season
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total price is nonrefundable.

• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

• In case of the earlier departure, the same day will definitely be charged and in consultation with the customer, some or all of the remaining amount will be requested depending on the season (high/low) and how many more nights remain until the scheduled departure.

Description

Just 15 metres from Kala Nera Beach, Naftilos Guesthouse is set in a historic neoclassical building dating from 1900. "Dinos Rooms" are perfectly located so that you can enjoy all of the magic of summer time in Pelion. At Naftilos Guesthouse, we are open throughout the year, and are waiting to show you first hand, some of the famous Pelion hospitality.

Accommodation

We have a selection of double, triple and quadruple rooms, so you can be sure that if you are planning a family holiday, we are more than able to accommodate you and your family together.

All of our rooms have Air Condition and a TV. Some of the rooms also have a fully equipped kitchen and fridge. If you do require a rooms with the kitchen, please let us know before making your booking.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights (or earlier, if needed).

We also have a private parking facility on our premises for our guests.
