Accommodation Cancellation Policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit will be refunded to the guest (reduced by 30 EUR administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of a no-show, the property owner reserves the right to retain the entire deposit fee and it will not be refunded to the guest.

Double Studio Sea View
This unit features one double bed, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchenware.
The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, and a hairdryer is also available for guests.
The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and overlooks the sea.
Triple Studio Sea View
This studio has one double bed and one sofa. All other amenities are the same as in the Double Studio.
Superior Studio
This accommodation unit features two single beds and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional persons, as well as a TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, and kitchenware.
The bathroom is standardly equipped (as in the first two studios).
The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers a sea view.
Apartment – Sea View
The apartment consists of three rooms – a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, and also features a furnished terrace with a sea view.
The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning.
The kitchen and bathroom are equipped the same as in the Superior Studio.
Apartment with Balcony (no sea view)
This apartment is equipped identically to the first apartment, except that the living room contains one additional sofa.
The bathroom in this apartment also includes a washing machine.
Guests of the complex are provided with free private parking. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed. Guests have access to a shared courtyard. All windows have mosquito screens.
