Description

The family business "Myrtia" is set in a 2.5 acre property, in the coastal village of Minies, less than 6mi from Argostoli.

You do have access to two organized beautiful sandy beaches within 300m, while 3km away there are the famous beaches of Makris Gyalos and Platis Gyalos.

Accommodation

The facility consists of:

• 10 studios for 3 guests with a double bed and a single/extra bed in each unit.
• Two apartments with one bedroom (double bed) and two single beds in a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, and a washing machine, and both rooms feature TVs and air conditioners.
• One Duplex apartment with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds, and both have private bathrooms.

All units have a kitchen/kitchenette, private bathrooms, air-conditioning, Wifi, Flat-screen Tv, free parking, and terraces with sea views. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 2-3 days.

In the plentiful garden you will find different fruit trees, a vineyard and an olive grove, but also a fixed barbecue, a wood-fired oven and children's playground.
