Description
Accommodation
The property offers three types of units: Apartment with Sea View, Apartment with Garden View, Studio with Sea View, Studio with Garden View, and Studio with Sea View for a Family.
The apartments are identical in terms of equipment and layout – the only difference is the view (one faces the garden and is located on the ground floor, while the other faces the sea and is located on the first floor). The living room features a sofa bed and an LCD TV, and within the same space there is a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a cooktop, and a water kettle. The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower cabin, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. The bedroom has a large double bed. The apartment on the first floor (with sea view) has a terrace with outdoor furniture, while the ground floor apartment (with garden view) has a veranda with outdoor furniture.
There are 3 apartments with sea view and 4 apartments with garden view. The capacity of each apartment is 4 persons.
The Studio with Sea View and Studio with Garden View have the same equipment and layout (they differ only by the view and floor, just like the apartments). The main room includes one double bed and a sofa, a kitchenette equipped the same as in the apartments, a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer), and a terrace with outdoor furniture (a veranda on the ground floor). The capacity of both studios is 3 persons per studio – 2 adults and one child.
The Studio with Sea View for a Family looks the same as the standard Studio with Sea View, except that it has a sofa bed instead of a regular sofa, and its capacity is 4 persons.
There are a total of three studios in the property (one of each type).
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and covered with free wireless internet. Private parking is available for guests. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
