• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, deposit is not refundable and 20% will be charged on top of the deposit.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

We are all waiting for the summer to relax and have unforgettable holidays away from the daily routine. In a beautiful area, in front of the sea, with pine trees and flowers we invite you to have a great summer. Minas House seaside apartments are located near a beautiful sandy beach very close to Nikiti s center where you will find restaurants, traditional taverns, cafeterias and beach bars where you will enjoy delicious Greek specialities , drinks and cocktails. At the area of Halkidiki you will discover some of the best beaches and landscapes in Greece.

Accommodation

On the beautiful sandy beach of Nikiti, in a quiet environment are located 5 apartments that can accommodate 2-4 persons. They are situated in a verdurous garden with pine-trees, pulm-trees, flowers and lawn and they all have view to the sea. Also there is an independent, two-bedroomed residence with two bathrooms, living-room - kitchen. Umbrellas and sun-beds are provided.

Upiti se šalju vlasnicima smeštaja koji su većinom Grci pa je stoga poželjno da polje za poruku napišete na engleskom (ukoliko imate dodatna pitanja za vlasnika). Ostala polja ne zahtevaju poseban jezik (Ime, mail, datumi itd...).
