Description

Milonas House Apartments are located 140 meters from the beach in the quiet, family-friendly town of Paralia Dionisiou, on the Halkidiki peninsula, at the entrance to Kassandra. Amenities such as markets, taverns, and cafes are within walking distance. The complex offers accommodation of various types for 2-4 people.

Accommodation

A total of 13 accommodation units are available.

• Double Studio - There are two units of this type available, one on the first and one on the second floor. Each has a double bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

• Triple Apartment - Four such apartments are located on the first and three on the second floor. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed within the kitchen.

• Two-Bedroom Apartment - One is set on the first and two on the second floor, and each can accommodate 4 people. They consist of two air-conditioned bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom.

• Mini Suite - This is the largest apartment with two bedrooms, located on the ground floor and suitable for up to 4 people. It has a double bed in first and two single beds in the second room, a separate kitchen with a dining room, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioners. This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

Kitchens in all units include a large refrigerator with freezer, a two-burner stovetop for preparing light meals, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Only the Mini Suite has a standard stove with an oven and four burners.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer. A cot can be added on request. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

Studios and triple apartments each have one, while two-bedroom apartments each have two terraces with outdoor furniture.

The complex includes a fenced yard with a summerhouse, seating, barbecue, outdoor shower, and entertainment facilities for children.

Private parking is not provided, but vehicles can be parked for free on the street in front of and around the accommodation.
