• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Set in the heart of Nea Peramos, Milona Studios is an accommodation ideally located in front of the sea (50m away), on the main street.

Accommodation

Studios are located on the second floor of the new building in the city center, while on the ground floor there is a café-bar. It should be noted that the music can be loud from 01:00-03:00. If you want to have fun and sleep before 3:00 is not quite your thing - this is an ideal choice for you!

- No.1 Milona studio is located on the second floor, contains one double and one sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, pots, kettle and cutlery). There is also a balcony overlooking the sea.
- No.2 Milona studio is located on the second floor on the backside and contains twin beds, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, pots, kettle and cutlery)
- No.3 Milona studio in the attic without kitchen has a sea view, one double bed and one foldable bed, fridge and coffee maker. 

Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom, a fridge, Wi-Fi internet from the cafe on the ground floor and a hairdryer can be provided.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels takes place every 5 days. There is no private parking, so you can park on the street.
