Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

MichelMar Villa is located 90 meters from the Paradisos beach, in Neos Marmaras, and offers nice garden, private parking, quiet environment.

Accommodation

MichelMar Villa consists of six studios for up to 3 persons and three apartments for up to 4 persons.

Studios are located on the left and on the right part od the building on 3 levels. There are studios on the back side of the bulding, on the ground floor, have entrance 5 scales below the ground level, but terraces in the same level with the ground. Studios (30m2) includes 1 double bed and a sofa bed with matress, and can accommodate up to 2+1 children.

Apartments are located in the middle od the building on 3 levels. There are apartments on the back side of the bulding, on the ground floor, have entrance 5 scales below the ground level, but terraces in the same level with the ground. Apartments (40m2) includes bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with two single beds.

Cleaning, linen and towels change is done after 3 nights.
