• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Mesogeios Apartments is an accommodation in the center of Nea Skioni, on the Kassandra peninsula, 70 meters from the beach. It offers units for 2-4 people.

Accommodation

The complex has two units located on the first floor.

The studio can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It has a double bed and a folding armchair. The kitchen includes a mini stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It contains two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen includes a large stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a dining table.

Both units have a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the street.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days.

Cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation, or in the private parking lot of Maria Villa belonging to the same owner.

Small pets are allowed on request.
