• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Pet fee - 50 EUR/ per stay. Security deposit - 300 EUR.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Minimum stay from 01/05 till 13/06 and from 13/09 till 31/10 ia 4 nights; From 14/06 till 12/09 is 7 nights.
• Cleaning - once midweek (circa every 3-4 days for longer stays).
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus bank costs.
• If canceled between 45-59 days before arrival, 30% of the advance payment will be refunded (refund minus Bank costs).
• If canceled under 45 days before arrival, early departure or no-show, there is no refund.

Description

Mesogi Villas are brand new, stylishly decorated modern villas combining luxury and comfort, conveniently located at the heart of the island of Meganissi, Lefkada. Each unit can accommodate up to 5 guests and offers a private swimming pool, outdoor space, and enchanting views of the countryside and the blue Ionian Sea.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 4 villas, each located at slightly different ground levels providing for privacy.

Each villa features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, famous Coco-mat mattresses made from natural materials, and premium furniture. Overlooking the east, the villa's sitting room has large windowpanes that ensure natural light passes through, offering brightness and positive vibes.

All 4 villas are on a single level (ground floor), allowing for easy access. One of the villas also has a ramp and extra space in the bathroom, allowing for restricted mobility guests to stay.

Use the outdoor spaces to relax at the pool area or enjoy your BBQ with your party under the starlight!
