• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Memas House is located 500 meters from the beach in Nea Fokea, on the Kassandra Peninsula. It offers accommodation for 5 adults and 1 child with a garden and a spacious terrace.

Accommodation

The house spreads over two levels connected by stairs.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and another furnished terrace.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a garden where a barbecue can be provided upon request.

Vehicles can be parked on the street around the accommodation. In case of lack of space, there is a public parking lot about 100 meters away.
