Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Meltemi House is located in a quiet place Kalamitsi on the peninsula of Sithonia. It is a good choice for those who want complete relaxation during the holiday.

The beach is at a distance of about 100 meters, as well as mini market, taverns, and cafes, and the location is suitable for visiting other beaches on the peninsula.

Accommodation

Meltemi House is surrounded by a spacious, landscaped garden and has studios for 3 and 4 persons. All studios have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

In the courtyard of the villa, there is a well-equipped children's play area, and private parking.

Pets are not allowed.
