Meltemi House has seven accommodation units (two triple and four quadruple studios and one apartment for five people).

All triple studios are located on the upper ground floor and have one double and one single bed.

One quadruple studio is located on the upper ground floor, two are on the first floor and one is on the second floor. The studio on the upper ground floor and one of the studios on the first floor have two double beds each, while the other two studios have a double bed and a sofa bed.

The apartment for five people has two double beds and a single sofa bed. It is located on the upper ground floor.

All kitchens are equipped with small refrigerators with freezers, stovetops with two burners, as well as all necessary cookware.

The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.

All units have balconies.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while the towel and linen replacement is done every four days.
