• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Melivia Sea Front Resort consists of three houses.

Casa Bianca is a ground floor house for up to four adults and two children over 10 years old. It has two bedrooms with double beds, and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two. The living room has an air conditioner while the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house also has a private pool with sunbeds and outdoor furniture.

Casa Petra is a ground floor house for up to four adults and two children over 10 years old. It has a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is an office area with an extra folding bed for a child. There are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and double beds. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. The house also has a private pool, sunbeds and a veranda with seating set.

Casa del Sol is a ground floor house for up to six adults and two children over 10 years old. It has a living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, four bathrooms in total, two bedrooms with ceiling fans and double beds. The Casa del sol also has a seperate bedroom with its own entrance, double bed, private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The house also has a veranda with seating and sunbeds.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

Cleaning and changing of linen and towels is done every 3 days.
