Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Melissi Sofia Studios is located at the beach of the village Sikia Halkidiki in a wonderful family environment comprised of about four acres. Our accommodation consists of eight beautifully and with love decorated studios which can accommodate from two to four people. Being 200 meters from the sea, this beautiful and quiet place become ideal for those looking for a few days of rest and relaxation.

In a very short distance, you will find a bakery (about 50ms), butcher shop (100m) and supermarket (450m). Also, there is always available doctor and pharmacy in the area.

Melissi Sofia Studios are fully equipped providing all the modern amenities to guarantee a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also, each studio has its individual balcony.
