Note

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Persons aged 5 and older are considered adults.
• Infants are included in the total capacity of the unit; a baby cot is available on request and must be specified when making a reservation.
• Laundry service - extra charge upon agreement.
• Minimum stay - 3 nights from 13/06 until 03/07 & from 31/08 until 13/09; 4 nights from 04/07 until 30/08.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 8 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy (periods of stay 15/12-19/06 & 14/09-19/10)
• If a reservation is canceled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of a no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 80% of remaining days will be charged.

Cancelation policy (period of stay (13/06-13/09)
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 13-8 days before the date of the arrival, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• If a reservation is canceled 7 or less before the date of the arrival, or in a case of a no-show, the total price will be charged.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Melissa Gold Coast is located in a picturesque place, called Psakoudia that is on the second "finger" of Chalkidiki, Sithonia. Psakoudia - village is a fine combination of mountain landscapes and endless beaches and it belongs to the municipality of Poligyros, the capital city of Chalkidiki. Only one-hour driving, 80km from Thessaloniki Airport "Makedonia", and after 20 km from Nea Moudania, our hotel has two entrances; one from the main street and one from the center of Psakoudia Beach. This family-run hotel business, consists of four main buildings, viewing the pinewoods and the pool and the distance to the beach is only 80m.

Accommodation

Our hotel offers: 8 different type of rooms, 49 in total, a reception, a small external swimming pool with fresh water and a hydro-massage and integrated kid's pool, beautiful gardens, a well-designed pool bar, a beach bar with playground in the center of Psakoudia, sunbeds & umbrellas.

Beach Apartments

This beach apartment opens to a balcony with sea view and is situated next to our beach bar, 100m from the main hotel with pool. It features one LCD TV a kitchenette with cooking facilities & fridge and 1 A/C The bathroom comes with shower.

• Min occupancy 1 adult / max occupancy 4 adults
• Infant count as person. (baby cots are not provided in that room type)
• Mention that this room type is self-catering, and the rate is without Breakfast.
• Pets Allowed - Only upon request extra charge per stay 20€ will apply to cover extra cleaning. (it must be mentioned on the reservation)

Wheelchair special room

This new renovated double room is located on the ground floor with terrace, for wheelchair access. Offers a king size bed, closet, individual air-condition, an LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi fi internet, a fridge, mosquito net on the windows, and a fireplace. The spacious bathroom comes with bath amenities, accessories, handles, props, a mirror, shower and a hairdryer.

This upper floor Junior Suite in our main building, offers a big rooftop terrace with amazing views to mountain & sea of Psakoudia. Two separate bedrooms, with 2 flat screen TV’s, and 2 private balconies, that can accommodate two couples or a 4-member family. Offers also large closet, one full length mirror, one safe deposit box and a fridge. The bathroom comes with bath amenities, a Hydro Massage Bath, a bidet, and a hairdryer.

• This special Deluxe Suite in our main Hotel, is 70sqm. It offers a spacious, bright bedroom with queen size bed, electric shutters, a closet, a lovely furnished living room, with 2 big sofa beds, fireplace and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and big refrigerator. Offering a private balcony with pool & side sea view, two LCD TV's, Wi fi internet, direct dial telephone and a safe deposit box. The spacious bathroom comes with bath amenities, a Hydro Massage Bath, (Jacuzzi) a bidet and a hairdryer.
