Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled at any moment, the prepayment is non-refundable. Guests can use deposit for some other dates, if they inform up until one month before the check in date.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Melima Apartments is a complex in Ierissos, on the Athos peninsula, 600 meters from the beach and the town center. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people and a small, organized garden.

Accommodation

The building consists of six accommodation units.

• Melima 1 - Apartment on the first floor that can accommodate 4 people. It contains a room with a kitchen, a dining area, and a double bed, while a separate room features a single bed with a drawer.

• Melima 2 - Studio on the second floor for 2 people with two single beds that can be joined together.

• Melima 3 - Apartment on the second floor for 4 people, organized the same as Melima 1 (double bed and a drawer bed).

• Melima 4 - Studio on the third floor for 2 people with a double bed,+4, and an inox kitchen set on a spacious terrace.

• Melima 5 - Studio on the third floor for 2 people with a double bed.

• Melima 6 - Studio in the semi-basement for 4 people. This unit has a separate room without a door, with a double bed, while in the area with the kitchen and dining room is a sofa bed. Guests have access to a private terrace in front of reception but must leave the unit to use it.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Each has a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a mini stove with an oven and three rings (Melima 6 has a standard stove), an electric kettle, and dishes, as well as a terrace with a table and chairs.

Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 5 days, while the rooms are not cleaned during the stay.

It is also important to note that the higher floors in the building are only accessible by stairs.

A small, organized yard is available within the complex. There is no private parking, but guests can park their cars in front of the accommodation.
