Description
Mavridis Rooms 2 is part of the Mavridis Rooms complex located in Nikiti, Sithonia. The complex is completely new and is about 170 meters away from the beach. The complex's location is ideal because it is close to all regional attractions and has comfortable parking for cars.
Accommodation
Mavridis Rooms 2 offers 13 accommodation units: 2 four-bed studio in the basement without terrace, 1 studio and 1 apartment for 5 people without terrace in the basement, 3 four-bed studio, 4 apartments for 4 people and 2 maisonettes for up to 5 people.
The quadruple studios have a double and a single folding bed. They also have an equipped kitchen.
Maisonettes are located on the first floor. Both levels have their own air conditioning and TV. On the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen area, a double bed and an exit to the terrace. On the upper level are 3 single beds and a terrace overlooking the sea.
The four-bed apartments have 2 single beds in the living room with kitchen and a double bed in the bedroom. The terrace is equipped with seating.
The units in the basement are located 1.5m below ground level and have access from the back to a common terrace with seating equipment and barbecue.
The quadruple studios have one double and 2 single beds, while the five-bed studio has one double and 3 single beds.
The five-bed apartment in the living room with kitchen has a single bed and a sofa with a folding drawer, while in the separate bedroom there is a double bed.
Accommodation units are fully equipped with all modern facilities and have a refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, mosquito nets, laundry wire.
