Description
Mavridis Rooms 1 is part of the Mavridis Rooms complex located in Nikiti, Sithonia. The complex is brand new and it is about 160 meters from the beach. The location of the complex is ideal because it is close to all regional attractions and has parking for cars.
Accommodation
Mavridis Rooms 1 offers 10 double studios, 4 double rooms, 3 quadruple maisonettes and one quadruple studio.
Double rooms consist of a double bed or two connected single beds. They only have a fridge and they are located in the basement. They have access to the yard from the back of the accommodation.
Double studios have double or twin beds and an equipped kitchenette. They are located in the basement, on the first (8 steps above ground level) and second floor.
The quadruple maisonettes have a double bed on the upper and lower level, while the quadruple studio has a double bed, a sofa with a drawer bed. Both types of units have an equipped kitchen.
The units are fully equipped with all modern facilities and have a refrigerator, satellite TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning and wireless internet. Public parking is located in front of the accommodation.
