Mavridis House

Mavridis House is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, about 190 meters from the beach and within a walking distance from all necessary amenities. The apartment is set on the first floor of the building and offers accommodation for 3 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

The apartment has a separate bedroom with  bunk beds and an extra bed, while the living room with the kitchen features a corner sofa bed. A baby cot can be added on request.

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower cabin.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a television, mosquito nets, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and ironing facilities are provided. Wi-Fi internet is not available.

Cleaning is not performed during the stay, while the service of changing bed linen and towels is available for bookings longer than 10 days (bed linen is changed once and towels are replaced twice).

Guests have at their disposal a terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a private parking space in front of the accommodation.
