• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Persons above the age of twelve are considered adults.
• From 01/06 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: The tourist tax (5€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 3 days before arrival.
• Cribs: Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib.
• Check-in is at 14:00 and latest check out at 11:00.
• Pets are not allowed.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of no show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Hotel Mavridis is located in Nea Flogita, on the peninsula of Kassandra, within walking distance to the beach. The hotel guests are able to combine swimming and water sports as well as walks through the sunset and the nightlife of the area.

Accommodation

The hotel consists of 27 rooms of different types and capacity: single rooms 15m², double rooms 18m², double rooms 15m² with sea view, triple rooms 20m² and family rooms 25m² with 2 separate bedrooms that contain one double and 2 single beds.

All of the rooms are air-conditioned, have a private balcony, TV and WI-Fi internet. Some of them have a direct sea view and the others have a side sea view.

Laundry service is free of charge. The cleaning of rooms is done on a daily basis, the replacement of the towels is done after 2 days and the replacement of the linen is done after 3 days.

There is no private parking, so guests can park on the street close to the hotel.

It's important to mention that there is an elevator so the access to the rooms is quite easy for people with diabilities.

Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available if you order something.
