Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
In Astris, where our mini-market is also located, we have several apartments. These ground floor accommodations are in the middle of an olive orchard near the sea. Astris is one of the most peaceful towns in Thassos, full of nature and quietness. You can go for lovely walks in the area.
You can place your order by fax, telephone or personally and we will deliver your groceries free of charge.
Mathios Studios has 10 units: 8 three-bed studios (maximum for 4 persons) and 2 apartments (for 4-6 persons). All studios are air-conditioned and there is a TV in the room.
Very close to our residencies, there is also a car rental office. For those that prefer buses, there is a regular bus connection. The bus moves to both directions every two hours.
