• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Matafia's House is located in Kalamitsi, on the island of Lefkada, 6 km from Megali Petra beach. The nearest taverns and mini-markets are 200-300 meters from the complex.

The accommodation offers an apartment for 4 people and a maisonette for 7 people, which can be rented together or separately.

Accommodation

The apartment is set on the first floor. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa that can be extended into two bunk beds. The kitchen includes a mini stove with 3 burners and an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The apartment offers a private terrace with a panoramic view of the village and the sea.

The maisonette spreads over two levels. The ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, a kitchen (stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher), a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor features two bedrooms (a double and two single beds), a living area, and a private bathroom. There is also a terrace with a view of the village and the sea.

Both units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer, while the maisonette also has a washing machine. A baby cot can be added on request.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 3-4 days.

Guests have at their disposal a yard with a barbecue, an outdoor area for sitting and dining, and a children's playground. Private parking is 150 meters from the accommodation.
