Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Mata’s House is located in Nikiti, in Sithonia, about 200 meters from the city beach. Fully renovated apartments are a good choice for accommodation for those who want a peaceful holiday and a relaxing atmosphere.

Accommodation

The complex consists of apartments and one studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.

All apartments are comfortable and contain a living room (bunk bed) with a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom (double bed). They also have a private bathroom, towels and bedding, hot water, a terrace, and a TV. The studio has one double bed and a bunk bed in the same room. The kitchen in all accommodation units has a modern stove with flat hotplates, fridge with freezer, kettle, and necessary dishes. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

Guests have free WIFi internet, parking, a barbecue area in the garden, air conditioning, and ironing facilities.
