Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Mary An Luxury Apartments is a complex that is tucked away amid an olive grove in Limenas, on the emerald island of the Aegean - Thassos, at a mere distance of 150 meters from a small sandy organized beach.

The island’s main port and capital is located at a distance of 600 meters.

It has a crystal clear pool, an impressively manicured garden with olive trees, topiaries, and flowers, small corners with outdoor furniture, a barbeque, Wi-Fi throughout all areas, sunbeds and umbrellas, and ample parking space right outside.

Accommodation

The complex includes 10 apartments with one bedroom and 1 studio. There are 5 luxury apartments on the first floor -12 steps above ground-, 5 luxury apartments on the second floor, and one studio, 5 steps below ground -with 3 windows, but no balcony. Each boutique apartment boasts an area of 40-45 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the sofa beds in the living room.

The building is surrounded by perfectly landscaped gardens, with perennial olive trees, intricate topiaries, flowers and pergolas, and overlooks a crystal clear pool, complete with sun beds and umbrellas, for endless moments of fun, under the hot Mediterranean sun.

All apartments are luxuriously appointed, with comfortable beds complete with Cocomat mattresses, private bathrooms with shower cabins and complimentary toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, stylish decoration, and a sitting area with two sofa beds that also have Cocomat mattresses. All units have a view either to the sea or the pool and garden, except from the studio, which however is bathed in natural light.

All of the units are cleaned daily, with towels changed daily and sheets changed every 2 days. A package awaits all guests of all units, containing a variety of complimentary products, such as coffee, single milk portions, sugar, honey, jams, cereals, one liter of milk, a carton of orange juice, toast bread, Gouda cheese, turkey or ham, cake, single butter portions, and many more, for breakfast or snacking.

Kitchenettes are small and only intended for the preparation of breakfast and light, easy meals - cooking is not allowed.
