Martha's Haus Hotel is a family-owned hotel located 80 m from the beach. It is located in the town of Gerakini, on the Halkidini peninsula, Sithonia. There are three types of rooms with included half board (breakfast and dinner on a buffet table), namely Standard Room, Superior Room and Family Apartment. The complex offers accommodation for 2-5 people with swimming pools.

Standard Room with an area of about 28m2, accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Best suited for two adults and two children. The room offers direct or side view of the sea. The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and refrigerators. A safe is available for guests for an extra charge. Standard Rooms are spread across the first and second floors.

Superior Room with an area of about 30m2, accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Best suited for two adults and two children. It consists of two rooms that are not separated by a door. The rooms were renovated in 2011, with a modern interior. They offers a view of the garden or a side view of the sea. Within the rooms there is individual air conditioning, a mini bar (extra charge), free safety deposit box, coffee or tea-making facilities. They are located located on the ground and first floor.

Family Apartment with an area of about 40 m2, accommodates a maximum of 5 people. It is best suitable for four adults and one child. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the second room has two separate single beds and a sofa. The apartment has individual air conditioning, a mini bar (extra charge), free safety, coffee or tea-making facilities.These units are set on the ground floor and overlook the garden.
Martha's Haus Hotel offers its guests half board (breakfast and dinner buffet), which is included in all prices.
An a la carte menu is available during the day for lunch, drinks, refreshments and coffee.
Guests have access to a swimming pool, a children's pool, a children's playground, a basketball court, and free private parking.
