Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The Maritina Studios are in a tranquil region of Pefkochori, on Halkidiki’s first peninsula, Kassandra. The famous Pefkochori beach is 500m away.

The village centre is about 450m away and has everything you need for your vacation, including a grocery, bakery, market, pharmacy etc.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 10 completely furnished studios that can sleep 2-4 people. There are 2 types of the studios:

1) Studios on the 1st floor consist of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchenette. All studios are with pool view.

2) Studios on the ground floor consist of 2 double beds, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchenette. All studios are with pool view.

The complex’s fresh new swimming pool is a focal point during the sweltering summer days.

During the day, if guests wish to have a drink or a snack, a partner store will prepare and deliver it to them.
