• Minimum stay - 7 nights.
• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Pets upon request -up to 5kg- 5 EUR/ per night. Over 5kg - 10 EUR per night.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Important note
• On August 15, a carnival is held in Stavros, the participants of which pass by the accommodation. Therefore, guests who may be bothered by noise on that day are advised to avoid booking units located at the front side of the house (double studios, two 3+1 studios, and one bedroom of the duplex apartment).

Description

Marika House is located in Stavros, about 600 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people with private parking and a fenced garden.

Accommodation

The complex consists of eight accommodation units:

• One studio for 2 people;
• One studio for 2+1;
• Four studios for 3 people or 3+1;
• One standard apartment for 3+1;
• One duplex apartment with two bedrooms for 4 people.

Studios for 3-4 people are located on the ground floor. All have a double and a single bed, and three units also have a sofa bed. Two are located at the front of the building and have private seating areas. The other two studios are located on the high ground floor at the back of the building and have access to a courtyard with outdoor furniture.

Double studios are located on the first floor. They are equipped with double beds, and one unit has a pull-out armchair where a child can sleep.

Standard apartment is set on the first floor. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and bunk beds in the room with the kitchen.

Duplex apartment is located on the first floor and features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment also contains two private bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining area.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. They have a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Free private parking is available to guests 50 meters from the house.
