Marias Home is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, just 50 meters from the beach. It offers modern and well-decorated accommodation for 2-6 people, as well as a convenient location near all necessary amenities and 550 meters from the central square.
Accommodation
The facility features 3 accommodation units - two two-bed studios and one six-bed apartment.
Marias House is a two-bed studio located at the front of the building. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed, Wi-Fi internet, and Plasma TV. It has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, an electric kettle, and kitchenware. The private bathroom has a shower, and the terrace has a seating area and a street view.
Marias Home is also a double studio with a double bed, but somewhat more comfortable and better equipped. It is located at the back of the building. The large kitchen is a little separated from the sleeping area and, in addition to the stove and cooker, contains an oven, coffee machine, and a larger refrigerator. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, television, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a seating area and a view of the backyard.
George apartment offers two air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds and bunk beds. It is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a television, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. It also features a spacious covered terrace with a partial sea view. The terrace houses a kitchen with a two-burner stove, cooker, refrigerator, and a large dining table.
The facility does not offer private parking, but public parking is about 180 meters from the accommodation.
Vourvourou is 33 km from the accommodation, while Elia is 6 km away. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki, 108 km from Marias Home, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
