Description

Mariannas House is located 70 meters from the beach in Nikiana, on the island of Lefkada. There is a tavern on the beach, while other amenities such as shops, cafes, and restaurants are 850 meters away from the complex.

There are accommodation units for 3-4 people, with an organized yard and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex consists of two houses.

The first house is rented entirely as an apartment for 5 people with two bedrooms. One room contains a double bed, and the other a double and a single bed. There are two sofas in the living room. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer and a standard cooker with an oven. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub.

The second house consists of three triple studios. They are all identically organized, and each contains a double and a single bed, a kitchen that includes a small oven, a two-burner stovetop, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

All accommodation units are located on the upper ground floor and have terraces with a seating area and a view of the courtyard. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Guests have a yard at their disposal, and vehicles can be parked in front of the accommodation for free. Pets are not allowed.
