Marianna Villa is located in Nikiti, on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula, and is only 240 meters from the beach and 89 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki. The maximum capacity of this property is 7 persons.

Accommodation

The complex consists of a two-story house with a large and carefully maintained yard. The interior of the house includes 4 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and two balconies equipped with outdoor furniture.

The living room is located on the first level and contains everything needed for relaxation – armchairs, a sofa, a fireplace, and an LCD TV. The kitchen shares space with the living room and is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor hood, kettle, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. The first bathroom, also located on the first level, is standardly equipped – it includes a shower, toilet, and sink, and guests also have access to a washing machine. This level also has one bedroom furnished with a double bed.

On the second level, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped the same as the one on the first level. The first two bedrooms each contain a double bed, while the third is furnished with a sofa with a pull-out bed. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided in this accommodation.

In the yard, there is a gazebo with an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue. One parking space is provided for guests. The entire accommodation is covered with free wireless internet. Pets are not allowed. Guests also have access to a hairdryer and an iron.
