• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 3 days before arrival.
• Cribs: Children 2 and under stay free when using an available crib.
• Check-in is at 14:00 and the latest check out at 11:00.
• Pets are not allowed.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of no show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Situated in Nea Flogita in Kassandra, Marialena Hotel offers 18 rooms most of which are family rooms and studios. The rooms vary in size, but all feature a private bathroom with shower, TV, mini-bar and air-conditioning. Most of the rooms boast side view over the sea. Marialena Hotel is just a short stroll from the beach, close to Mavridis Hotel that has a restaurant and a beach bar.

Accommodation

There are 18 rooms: single and double (18m²), triple (25m²) with 2 rooms (one double+one single or 3 single beds) that are separated by a sliding door and family rooms (30m²) that come with 2 rooms (with 4 single beds) that are separated by two separate doors and a hallway.

All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have a private balcony, TV and Wi-Fi internet. A couple of rooms have a partial side sea view.

The cleaning of rooms is done on a daily basis, the replacement of the towels is done after 2 days and the replacement of the linen is done after 3 days.

There is no private parking, so guests can park on the street close to the hotel.

It's important to mention that there is an elevator so the access to the rooms is quite easy for people with diabilities.

On the ground floor of the hotel you can enjoy your breakfast. Eenjoy lunch or dinner by choosing among the recipes of traditional Greek cuisine at Paradisio restaurant which is located at hotel Mavridis just 100 meters away.

Guests staying at Marialena can use the umbrellas and sunbeds at Paradisio beach bar which is just two minutes away!
