Situated on the Nea Skioni Beach, Maria Villa offers a bar, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

Object is surrounded by lush greenery and guests can enjoy in nice fenced garden near the sea.

In the front of the villa there is a Cactus beach bar with possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas.

Accommodation

Maria Villa consists of apartments (25-65m2) that can accommodate up to 2-5 persons.

Smaller apartments have bedroom with double bed and kitchen area with sofa bed for 2 persons.

5 Bed apartment include two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and kitchen space with single sofa bed.

Units are cleaned every 3-4 days, and trash bags are available in the rooms.

Pets are allowed on request and with an additional charge, but they are not allowed to move freely (they must always be with the owner, on a leash).
