• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Maria Villa is located 200 meters from the beach in the old part of Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula, close to the town center and all its amenities. The complex offers studio accommodation for 3–4 guests.

Accommodation

A total of 7 studios are available.

Five triple studios are located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Each features one French (double) bed and one single bed.

There are two quadruple studios—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. These units include one double bed and two single beds.

Each studio has a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stovetop and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 3–4 days.

Terraces are furnished with a table and chairs, and some offer a distant sea view.

Private parking is not available; however, street parking is possible in front of the accommodation.
