Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Set in a quiet neighbourhood of Neos Marmaras and 850m from the beach, Maria’s Apartment offers spacious apartments that are close to the city centre and main tourist attractions.

You can find restaurants, taverns, bars and shops at the distance 240m from the property. The famous Paradisos beach is 2km away.

Accommodation

There are four quadruple apartments 42m2 located on the ground floor and the mezzanine. All apartments are equipped in the same way, featuring two single beds in the living room with a kitchen area and a double bed in the bedroom.

Amenities include air condition, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a baby cot (on request), a private balcony.

Each kitchen has a large fridge, kitchenware and either a four-burner stove and a large oven or a mini stove with three burners and a small oven. The bathrooms contain a shower cabin or a shower tub with a curtain.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis. The sheets and towels are replaced after three days. There is a private parking.
