Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Maria Maisonetes is located in front of the beach, in Sykia, on the beautifull peninsula of Sykia.

Accommodation

There are two air-conditioned maisonettes (50m2) available, located at 10m from the Valty beach in Sykia. The ground floor consists of a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, TV and a bathroom with hairdryer.

Up the stairs, there's a bedroom with two double beds. There's a front porch with a sea view as well as the parking space and pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days, while the guests themselves do the cleaning.
