Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Maria Karga Studios are located at the very entrance to the town of Ormos Panagias, on the Sithonia peninsula. The complex is 650 meters from Trani Ammouda beach and 100 meters from the market square, the sea and taverns. The facility offers accommodation for 2-5 people and a yard with a summer kitchen and private parking.

Accommodation

There are 4 double studios with one double bed each, and 4 triple studios with a double bed and a single bed each, facing the main road.

There are also studios for 4-5 people with different equipment. All are located on the ground floor, except for one on the first floor.
• double bed, bunk beds, and a folding armchair;
• double bed, single bed, sofa and folding armchair;
• double bed and sofa bed for 2 people.

The kitchens in double studios contain a small refrigerator and a stove with two burners, in triple studios a small refrigerator and a mini stove with an oven, while the four-bed studios have a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a small stove with an oven.

There are also four renovated units located on the first floor.

Studio no. 6 has a double bed and a pull-out sofa, and can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe studio no. 8 is designed for 4 people and contains a double bed and a corner sofa bed.

Deluxe apartment no. 10 consists of two rooms that are not separated by a door. In one, there is a kitchen and a sofa that folds out into a bed for two people, and in the other is a double bed. It is suitable for 4 people.

Studio no. 12 has a double bed and can accommodate 2 people.

Kitchens in renovated units include a stove, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.

All units have a private bathroom with a shower and terraces. The terraces on the first floor are separate, while the outside space of the units on the ground floor is not partitioned.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hair dryers, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every third day, when the rooms are cleaned.

Guests have at their disposal a bar, a large shared outdoor kitchen with all equipment, tables and a barbecue in the garden, a small children's playground, as well as free private parking across the street from the building.

Boravimo već drugi put u ovom smeštaju. Sada smo u renoviranom apartmanu za 4 osobe, dve terase, preudobnim krevetima, skroz opremljenom modernom kuhinjom sa novim posudjem i svim neophodnim aparatima. Posebno nas je oduševilo kupatilo, sve je luksuzno, a udobno i komforno. Eleni, vlasnica, je jako ljubazna i gostoprimljiva i na pravi način predstavja ono čime se bavi. Čistoća je na zavidnom nivou. Sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti ovde

Boravimo u četvorokrevetnoj sobi, nalazi se na prizemlju. Odlični kreveti za spavanje, udobni. Posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na svaka 3 dana i čisti se soba. Komforna soba, veliki frižder, opremljena kuhinja. U dvorištu je zajednička kuhinja opremljena svim uređajima i posuđem za veće društvo. Lokacija fantastična. Cena je skroz prihvatljiva. Gazdarica je jako ljubazna i prijateljski nastrojena. Ponovo ćemo se vratiti ovde😊

Vacation to enjoy. The apartment has everything you need for normal functioning. Also, the apartment is very clean and tidy. The garden is great. As for the beaches, two are near the apartment, while the other beaches are a few minutes away by car. The apartment owners are very kind, we will definitely come back sometime in the future.

Smestaj odlican, vlasnice jako ljubazne i fine. Ujutru rano krecemo kuci i dobili smo na poklon maslinovo ulje. Higijena je odlicna, zamena peskira, posteljine i ciscenje apartmana na 3 dana. Velika prednost letnja kuhinja koja je opremljena sa svim aparatima za spremanje svakog jela, u apartmanu nismo koristili sporet uopste. Centar mesta na par koraka od smestaja plaza oko 400 metara. Plaza po mom misljenju najbolja u okruzenju. Vidimo se sigurno ponovo sledece godine.

Smeštaj odličan, na dobroj poziciji, sve kao u opisu i više od toga. Higijena na vrhunskom nivou, čišćenje na 3 dana kao i zamena posteljine i peškira. Studio poseduje sve neophodne stvari za prijatan boravak. Domaćini predusretljivost i veoma ljubazni. Sve preporuke za veoma prijatan odmor. Hvala domaćinu i Grčka info na veoma korektnom odnosu prema svojim gostima❤️

Karga house is a nice accommodation. Studio for 3 persons is a bit small, but clean and tidy. Since we always spend our summer holidays with our friends, we all agreed that Karga's house's huge advantage was its backyard shared kitchen and outdoor sitting area with several tables. We prepared our grilled fish and other meals there. A nice place to spend warm Greek summer nights indeed. The only downside is that some of the studios overlook the busy road, but trust me, eventhough our balcony door was open the whole night, we didn't mind the roar from the cars, we slept as babies. Eleni and her mother Maria are excellent hosts, always there to help. They provided us with high quality olive oil and presented us with the most delicious olives we've ever tasted. They even helped us arrange a boat trip to Diaporos island.
