Description

One of the most enchanting beaches of Sithonia in Halkidiki, Trani Ammoudia, (awarded the blue flag of the European Union), which reaches 2,5 km in length and has crystalline turquoise waters, and at a distance of 150 meters from the sea, the studio “House Maria” can be found.

It is surrounded by a 2,500-square-meter garden with a lawn, flowers, and trees. There is also a playground, a private parking area as well and a kiosk with an outside barbecue.

Accommodation

The complex is made up of 14 studios (20m2) and an apartment (43m2), which can accommodate up to 3 or 5 people. All of them have air conditioning (A/C), a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, bath, satellite TV, and internet, as well as comfortable verandas.

Triple studios have a double bed and a single bed. There are 11 units of this type.

There are 3 quadruple studios: two of them have 2 double beds, while the 3rd has a double bed and a bunk bed.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and the kitchen area with two single beds. Upon request an extra folding bed may be added for the fifth person.
