Maria House Metagkitsi

Maria House Metagkitsi is located in the village of Metagkitsi in Sithonia. The beach and the coast are about 5 km away and in the village is the square where local products are sold, a post office, taverns, several shops, a kiosk, and a supermarket.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 4 persons and provides Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, and private parking.

Accommodation

Maria House has 5 accommodation units - four accommodation units on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

On the ground floor are three studios for two or three people and one quadruple apartment 

Triple studios have one double and one single bed, a stove ( hotplates in one of the studios), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The double studio has a double bed, a stove, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen (a sofa bed and a single bed), and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen has a large fridge with a freezer and a stove.

Porches equipped with tables and chairs are in front of the units on the ground floor.

On the first floor is an apartment that has bunk beds in the living room with a kitchen (same as in the other apartment) and a separate bedroom with a double bed.

The apartment also has two balconies, one in front and one behind.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done in the middle of the stay.
