• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Minimum stay: 5 nights
• The maximum number of extra beds in a apartment is one.
• Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by owner.
• All children are welcome.
• All children under 15 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
• Any additional older children or adults are charged EUR 5 per night for extra beds.
• Wi-Fi , Grill of BBQ, TV, Air-conditioning, towels, sheets - linen (change every 4th day), soap, final cleaning and VAT include in price.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Margianou Seaview Ground Floor Apartments is located on the southwest side of the Pelion Peninsula, 400 m from Kalamos Beach. It offers apartments suitable for families with children.

It is a small two-story building, of local architecture, built on a full green slope in a peaceful environment, from where there is a beautiful view of the beach and the light blue horizon of the bay.

Accommodation

This unit consists of 4 apartments, which are part of a smaller, traditional building and are suitable for couples or families with children.

Each apartment (40 m2) on the ground floor has a separate bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed, a living room with a sofa for 2 people (the most comfortable if two children sleep on it), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator and all necessary utensils) and a private bathroom with another's.

On request, an extra bed or folding armchair for 1 person can be added to the living room.

All these apartments have air conditioning, a fireplace, free WiFi internet and spacious terraces with outdoor furniture.
