Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Margarita Villa is located only 100 meters from the beach, between Skala Potamia and Golden beach, on the island of Thassos. Can accommodate from 2+1 child up to 5 persons. Center is 1.5 km away.

Margarita Villa has private parking, nice decorated units, garden, BBQ facilities.

Accommodation

Margarita Villa consists of one ground floor house that has an apartment and a studio and the other building with several floors that offers for bokking 2 apartments on the ground floor.

Ground floor house (renovated in 2015):

Studio No.1 (30m2) includes a double bed, single sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace.

Apartment No.2 (46m2) includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed), separated kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It is recommended for families, because the bedrooms are connected and the entrance is from one to another.

Building with several floors:

Apartment No.3 (27m2) has a bedroom with a double bed and the kitchen area with a sofa bed.

Apartment No.4 (38m2) has a bedroom with a double bed and the kitchen area with a single bed and one armchair bed.
