Description

Margarita First Line Villa Thassos is a luxury villa located in the small and charming village of Skala Maries, on the west coast of the island of Thassos. It is only 100 meters from Emerald Beach. The maximum capacity of the property is 9 guests (7 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

This luxurious and modernly designed villa is spread over two levels – ground floor and first floor, with a private swimming pool and sun loungers located in front of the villa.

On the ground floor, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (one in each room), while the third bedroom features a double sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

On the first floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, and an additional bedroom. The living room is furnished with a double sofa, air conditioning, and a TV, and also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, and dishwasher. The toilet includes a WC and washbasin. The bedroom features a double bed and air conditioning.

In front of the villa, in addition to the private pool and sun loungers, there is a furnished outdoor dining area. The complex offers one parking space, with additional street parking available around the complex. Guests have access to a washing machine, as well as a private garden with a barbecue (available upon request). Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
